Pike and Perch set.

Just finished this set for a friend they  are a pike float and a perch bobber made from champagnge  corks that i've turned down on the lathe, the stems are Norfolk reed for the main part with stepped cane stems, again turned on the lathe with brass eyes inserted into the them. Whipped in silk and finished with four coats of lacquer .

Back to making floats.

After almost seven weeks away due to a prolapsed disc, its nice to finally be back  making floats,small selection of some Tench lifters, Avons,bodied wagglers and some reed wagglers with cane inserts.

Mixed set of bodied wagglers with a couple of avons.

Just finished this set of Bodied wagglers along with a couple of avons all have balsa bodies and are whipped in silk and nylon, gone for a different look on the avons with the yellow paintwork will try them out this week going after some crucians with the duck quill avon.

Just finished this mixed set of traditional floats for a chap changing to a more traditional style of fishing, I hope he has a lot of success and enjoys his new floats.
